Welcome to Twiggs of Savannah's web site. We know you will enjoy your visit and hope you will stop by our store in person in the near future. Serving Savannah since 1995, Twiggs of Savannah is a full-service needlepoint store with services from concept design to expert finishing as well as cleaning and restoration. We are located in the heart of Savannah's Historic District at 241 Abercorn Street, a few yards North of Liberty Street. We are open weekdays from 10 am to 4 pm and on Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. We are open other times by chance or appointment. Personal attention and custom service, as well as a large array of needlepoint canvases and threads, remain our focus.

Twiggs of Savannah is also the home base of these design lines: Designing Dogs, specializing in haute couture for hounds and their humans; Savannah Designs, offering a more traditional design line along with ecclesiastical design services; and The Painter, featuring a more whimsical design line.

1. INVENTORY
Those canvases and threads in stock will be shipped the same day, or the day following your order. You can expect delivery between 2 to 5 days. While we have most canvases in stock, please allow between 2 to 6 weeks for any backordered canvases. We will always call you if a longer delivery time is expected.

2. RETURN POLICY
We ship only new fibers and all thread sales are final. No exceptions. In additional to dye lot issues, threads are susceptible to odors and stains. Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all canvas sales. Merchandise credit will be offered on any canvas returns. We offer store credit only on returned items.

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept MASTER CARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER cards. All prices displayed are in US Dollars. All credit card information is encrypted on our web site. Your credit card information is safe and available only to the owner of Twiggs of Savannah. We delete your credit card information after your order is filled.

4. SHIPPING
All orders mailed within the USA will be shipped via UPS or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. We also charge a modest handling fee. Therefore, the minimum shipping and handling charge for most canvases and thread orders will be $9.00 at current rates. Heavier shipments will be billed accordingly. There are exceptions for small items which are mailed via US Postal Mail. Books are sent "Media Rate" via US Postal Mail. Free shipping applies to orders over $275.00.
